New Year, New Services

Happy New Year!

What a strange start to the year it has been for everyone. I’d like to take this opportunity to update all of our clients, friends, and followers with what’s been happening here at Magic Detail over the festive period and into the start of this year.

Not one for rolling over and playing dead, much like the last lockdown, we have used our time wisely. Over Christmas I recharged my batteries, ready for a full scale assault on January. Well that seems to have been delayed slightly thanks to BoJo and the doom squad down in London. However, it did give us some much needed time (between finishing off the last of the Christmas choccies of course) to write up our new list of services and give the website a bit of an overhaul. Our detailing services can be found here. So what’s new? Well we now have two tiers of ‘new car detail’, a regular one and an ‘ultimate’ variation, we’ve also had a switch around with the ceramic coatings we offer, and we’ve given more information on the #Labocosmetica coatings. We also have a complete new page, dedicated to our Paint Protection Film services. We alluded to this in our last article (click here if you’ve not already read it), but it hadn’t yet been published as a page.

We’re very competitive with our PPF packages, and can offer anything from a front bumper to a full car - though seemingly the most popular is our front end kit, which is usually combined with some sort of detail to correct and protect the rest of the paintwork with a ceramic coating. If you’ve been following us on social media over the last 6 months or more, you’ll have already seen some of the cars we’ve had the pleasure of protecting with PPF, and also the fact that we are able to do this mobile if the dealership will facilitate us; as many of you already know, we have a fantastic working relationship with more or less every Porsche dealership in the North West.

We’re also in the process of having a brand new workshop built, with completion expected in mid- March. This new facility is being purpose built for PPF and detailing, with a dedicated heating and lighting system. This is arguably the biggest piece of news for 2021, as we have spent a decade in the aptly named “Magic Towers”. We’re really looking forward to that, and will be sharing the build progress on our social media platforms (Facebook, and Instagram), so give us a like and a follow if you’d like to see some construction updates… also worth a follow if you like some car porn too!!

So that’s a wrap (a clear one, in the case of PPF!). We have another article coming soon, which delves into the world of PPF a little more, so stay tuned.

As always, thanks for your continued support across all of our social platforms, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Matt, and the Magic Detail team.
